In this situation, the order will wait for the products to be fully completed. We are able to split the order into several shipments and process them at no additional cost, if the sum of the products of such a shipment exceeds the free delivery threshold.

If for some reason splitting is not possible, the order will have to wait for full completion. We recommend placing orders for products with the same stock.

Products that are on Pre-Order have a very limited run or have tricky availability. Sometimes it may be that the entire edition will be sold out before the product is released, or on the day of delivery all copies will already be reserved and you will have to wait for the next batches.

What's more, products in the Pre-Sale are often characterized by a lower price, and for such a purchase we give a Price Guarantee. Which means that even if the price of that product increases on the site after you place your order, that price will never increase for your order. We also currently do not require full prepayment for products from Announcements.

It is also worth knowing that we do not bring all products to our store permanently. Sometimes only pre-orders are available for them. This is due to the niche nature of the goods in question. This is a form that allows us to estimate the demand for the product, and also gives you a guarantee that you will receive it as soon as possible.

It really depends on the product. Keep in mind that the product in pre-order will not always show up in the store after release. We do not import very niche products permanently (we do not reserve them with the manufacturer), while a product may sell out at the manufacturer/distributor even during the Pre-Order, and without a reservation it will simply disappear from our site and ordering it won’t be available anymore.

To be guaranteed that you get the product you are interested in, we recommend buying it while it is still on Pre-Order. 

As we have already mentioned, many of these products are sold out even before they appear on the market.

We must be clear that, in general, the date which appears next to the product often has nothing to do with reality. This is the deadline that we receive from the manufacturer/distributor, but it is strongly indicative and it would make more sense not to give any information at all.

Collector items can arrive much later than originally declared by the manufacturer, and we are not able to guarantee that a given date will be met. Distribution of collector's products is very complicated, exposed to many logistical factors and restrictions. Problem of delays is very common.

We are sorry but No. Unfortunately due to a number of factors such as the fact that we ourselves are not informed by suppliers about delays, nor do we currently have the technical tools to make such notifications. Please understand and realize the magnitude of these delays and how many products they affect. In fact, no product arrives on time, we do not receive notifications from suppliers in this field, at the moment it is simply not possible for us to send such updates.

We try to make it clear on our site that the dates given are only a suggestion from the manufacturer, and not a binding date for when this product will arrive.

Our store system works in a way that if the original deadline is passed and a new one is not entered, this date disappears and is replaced by the information that the deadline is awaiting for an update.

This is due to the fact which we have already described, that we are not notified by the manufacturer/publisher about changes in deadlines. Therefore, once the original deadline has passed, the information is no longer there.

Announcements products have very complex logistics and do not have one centralized distribution. It is common that in one market or store it is already available and in another it is still not.

Moreover, products are often restricted and arrive in batches. In such situations, orders are processed in the order in which they are received, and even if a batch of the product has already arrived, it may have been subject to reservations, so the product is still listed on our website as an announcement and we are waiting for further batches.

It is often that a product is already available somewhere, and with us, it's not. Although it also works the other way around, often the product may be available with us earlier and still not available elsewhere.

It is common situation that the product has already been released in its original market (Asia/America), while it is still unavailable in our store. Please remember that products go through distribution in Europe and do not have a single global release date.

Most often it looks like many figures are released in Europe about two months after they are released in the home market.

We often receive questions of a similar type: a) the product is available on the manufacturer's website and you don't have it or can no longer import it, or b) pre-order for the product has already closed on the manufacturer's website and is still ongoing with you.

This is common practice and is normal, although it is due to a great many factors.

For example, some manufacturers reserve certain amounts of a given product only for their market, it may happen that it is still available in Japan and distributors in Europe can no longer import it. Likewise, some exclusive versions of figurines are often released only in the original markets and we cannot import them either.

The same situation can be the other way around. The distribution of products looks like some batch of them is offered to a distributor in Europe. The pre-order for a figurine may already be over in Japan, but it is still available at our distributors in Europe, so we can still import it.

Simply put: YES. There is a very small chance of this happening, but unfortunately the answer is yes, and we have no control over it. Over the entire period of our activity, it was probably less than 0.1% of orders. This is really a negligible situation.

Due to the fact that there can be allocations for products, that is, the distribution of stock against across markets. This means that the interest in the product was so great that the manufacturer reduced reservations to some wholesalers, and that our reservations were also cut. Often we find this out when the products come out and we are essentially put in a position where we can't do anything about it.

We work with several suppliers and try to reserve the right quantities from several sources so that the product is available for every order placed in our store, and we do not take orders over our reservation holdings. As soon as we run out of reservations, we immediately close the pre-order for a product. Nevertheless, sometimes a distributor is able to limit our quantities on the day of release and we can’t do anything about it at that time. In such situations, we will process orders according to the dates we receive them and a maximum of 1 item per person. 

Naturally, in such a situation we will immediately inform you and you will receive a full refund of all prepayments made, including advance payments.

No, for most products that are Announcements we do not require any prepayment. You can simply place a regular order, even with a cash on delivery option. You can also pay it in advance, but this is not required. You can pay part of it, and later during the Pre-order, pay extra or when the product appears. To do this, it is best to select Traditional Bank Transfer from the payment options. However, this is also not required.

Only for selected products, generally the more expensive ones and those imported on request, a prepayment of 10% is required (as you wish you can make a higher deposit). Information about such necessity is on the product card, and if there is none, it is simply not required.

However, also with such products, this down payment is not required for those who have already made any purchases in the store.

No. For each Announcement product, we give a Price Guarantee. This means that once you place an Order, the price of such product will not increase for you. The price of product may raise in the store, but it will never raise for your Order. No matter what the current Euro exchange rate or other factors are!

What's more, this price can still decrease for you, thanks to the Pre-Order Price Guarantee. If on the day of delivery to the store the product receives a lower price than the one on the day you place your Order, we will reduce your price to the price on the day of delivery.

No! Pre-order products are shipped directly by us from Poland. You will never have to pay additional fees in the form of customs duties, taxes, shipping fees, etc. The price you see when placing your order is the final price.

Unfortunately, no. These dates are often strongly orientative. These are the dates we receive from the manufacturer / supplier and are completely dependent on them. Pre-Order products are often subject to great restrictions, e.g. with regard to licensing, also they are transported by sea, or sometimes the manufacturer announces the product and waits to collect enough orders. These dates can change very often.

Yes, after placing Pre-Order, you receive a confirmation of the reservation and you receive informations about any status changes. It usually looks like this:

1. you receive an automatic notification of the fact that you have placed an order

2. we check the availability of the product and reserve it for you

3. you receive an email from us confirming your reservation

4. when product arrives, we send you an email notification that order is ready for shipment. When you receive the message and the order gets Ready for shipment status you should inform us whether to realize its shipment immediately or at another preferred time.

Pre-Orders are not shipped immediately. Once it is released, we send an email notification of availability and the order gets the status of Ready to Ship. That's when we ask you to contact us back to indicate whether you want the order to be processed right away or at a later date.

We understand that sometimes Pre-Orders can pile up at inconvenient time. Yes, it is possible to withhold such an order after the product has appeared and is Ready to Ship.

This is what we ask about in the email we send regarding availability. After receiving a feedback message, we are able to hold an order for up to a month, but never longer. Please understand that we are not able to stock products for a longer period of time. Even if you regularly place orders in our there will be no possibility to hold the shipment for more than one month.

Without receiving answer from your side, order will be canceled after 7 days.

You can cancel the purchase, but please remember that most of the products from the Pre-orders are imported specifically for the client. While the order can be canceled, it may not be received by us. We are trying our best with these types of products and order fulfillment, and we ask for the same in return.

You can cancel an order without any consequences within 14 days from the moment it was placed. After that period, you can still cancel your order, but it will then be marked in our system as 'Canceled Not Picked Up.' Currently, our store has a functionality for account rating, which means that such unfulfilled orders will affect the quality of your account.

Most of the Pre-Order products have release dates narrowed down to a quarter of the given year or a month. In our store, we often use the last day of the month in which the manufacturer claims the product will be released.

The standard period is 7 days. On the other hand, we completely understand that sometimes orders with products from the Announcements can accumulate in a not perfect time. Naturally, we are able to hold its delivery. However, in such cases, we ask you to contact us urgently and indicate your preferred shipping date.

After contact and positive verification of the history of completed orders, we are able to hold such order for up to a month at most. However, we offer such a long period of deferred order processing only to regular customers with good account quality.
